Critical Review of Books in Religion has two sections. The first section contains more extensive review articles dealing with several books and articles of interest. The second section contains shorter book reviews in several different categories. The review articles in this issue of Critical Review concern feminist perspectives on religion, theology, and biblical criticism. The book reviews cover such authors as Daniel Block, Walter Brueggemann, and Gordon Fee. The titles range from Myths from Mesopotamia: Creation, the Flood, Gilgamesh, and Others to Women and Spirituality: Voices of Protest and Promise.
