Critical Review of Books in Religion has two sections. The first section contains more extensive review articles. The second section contains shorter book reviews in several different categories. Charles Prebish Charles Prebish is Professor Emeritus of Religious Studies at the Pennsylvania State University, where he served on the faculty from 1971 until 2006. He is also Charles Redd Chair in Religious Studies Emeritus at Utah State University, where he served from January 2007 until December 2010.
