Overview

Semeia is an experimental journal devoted to the exploration of new and emergent areas and methods of biblical criticism. William A. Beardslee (March 25, 1916 – January 25, 2001) was a professional theologian who made major contributions to the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible. He was professor of religion at Emory University until his retirement in 1984.
