Dan Lioy is an ordained minister with the Evangelical Church Alliance and a professor in the School of Continuing Theological Studies at North-west University, South Africa. Lioy earned his BA from the University of Southern California, his MA from Dallas Theological Seminary, and PhD from the Potchefstroom Campus of North-West University. Lioy has also worked as a freelance editor and writer, a hospital chaplain, and college administrator.
