I purchased this book from Logos nearly a week ago. It still has not appeared in my library. I called the support team which first replied "well I don't know why it didn't, I see you have paid for it." I don't know why, either and that is why I called. When I called the second time, technical support said "download the latest version." I had already done that, but I did it again with the same result - the book does not appear in my library. On the third phone call, technical support suggested that I restart the program (which I had already done three times). Net affect. I paid for a book I did not get, wasted over 2 hours of my time for which I will not be compensated. My advice - purchase ebooks anyplace but Logos - they apparently do not know what they are doing.
