It has been said that there are 33,000 promises in the Bible. This is impossible, for there are only 32,173 verses in the Bible. This much is true. There are over 500 promises in the Bible for Christians. Some that we will list were uttered to Israel, but apply equally to all Christians of all ages. Every known need of man is fully covered by the promises of God. If one attains to all that God has promised there will be no lack of anything that is WANTED or NEEDED in life, HERE or HEREAFTER.
