Laurent A. Cleenewerck was ordained to the priesthood by the Patriarchate of Constantinople in 2004, and has been serving in the Orthodox Church in America since 2007. He holds degrees from the Institut Saint Serge of Paris, Ukrainian Catholic University, and Saint Gregory Nazianzen Orthodox Institute. He is also the author of His Broken Body—Understanding and Healing the Schism between the Roman Catholic and Orthodox Churches and editor of the (forthcoming) Catechism of the Orthodox Faith. Fr. Laurent teaches at the university level and resides with his family in Northern California.
