Dr. Constable is the Department Chairman and Senior Professor of Bible Exposition at Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Constable founded Plano Bible Chapel in Plano, Texas where he faithfully served as pastor and as an elder for many years.
